Cyber Awareness Training
Equip your people,strengthen your defence.
Empower your workforce to recognise, prevent and report cyber threats, and turn your people into your strongest protection.
Understanding Cyber Awareness Training
Turn human error into human defence.
A structured programme that helps staff at every level recognise threats and avoid risky behaviour, covering phishing, social engineering, password hygiene, data privacy, safe internet use and remote working security.
Why it matters: human error is one of the most common causes of breaches. Delivered through live virtual sessions, e-learning, on-site workshops and executive briefings, training reduces incidents and supports compliance.

Features
Everything you needfor a security-first culture.
Six ways training turns your people into a defensive asset.
Reduces human error
Most successful attacks involve human factors. Training cuts that risk.
Stronger security culture
Shared responsibility and proactive awareness across every team.
Supports compliance
Aligned with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2 and other frameworks.
Faster reporting
Staff spot and report threats quickly and effectively.
Flexible delivery
Virtual sessions, on-demand modules, on-site workshops or executive simulations.
Tailored content
Designed around your sector, roles and risk profile.
The challenges it solves
Attackers target people,not just technology.
Phishing and social engineering are among the most common ways in. Training closes the gaps attackers exploit.
01
Phishing & social engineering
Messages designed to trick staff into giving attackers access.
02
Weak password practices
Reused and weak credentials that make access easy.
03
Unsafe browsing & devices
Risky internet and device use that increases malware exposure.
04
Hybrid & remote working
More locations and networks, with more room for mistakes.
By the numbers

IT consulting and managed services
A full red team exercise that tested people, technology and leadership in one engagement.
What the work covered: Spear phishing simulation, penetration testing and a C-suite crisis simulation
The challenge
An award-winning IT consulting and managed services provider wanted to find and fix cyber risks before an attacker did. It needed testing that went beyond a standard vulnerability scan or penetration test and covered human factors as well as technical weaknesses.
The approach
CyberQ ran a multi-part red team exercise: targeted spear phishing simulations to test staff awareness, penetration testing to find technical vulnerabilities, and a C-suite cyber simulation to test how leadership would respond in a crisis.
The result
Findings were prioritised for remediation, the incident response plan was updated with lessons from the tabletop exercise, and the leadership team came away better able to make decisions during a cyber crisis.
3
attack angles tested in one exercise: people, technology and leadership
