Chris Woods
CEO and Founder
Chris is the founder and CEO of CyberQ Group, an award-winning global cyber security business. A recognised, award-winning tech leader, he is deeply committed to the West Midlands technology landscape and regional growth, and serves as a Business Ambassador for Acorns Children’s Hospice.
Vish Nayi
Director and Chief Solutions Architect
Vishvas leads a globally dispersed team across red- and blue-team operations, guiding enterprises through their cyber maturity journey. A respected thought leader and Coventry University graduate, he frequently shares his expertise at industry events and in professional publications.
Ryan Jones
Business Development Manager
Ryan joined CyberQ Group as Business Development Manager during a period of rapid growth and global expansion. He drives business development and strategic sales, building client relationships across the UK, Europe and international markets, and helps organisations strengthen their cyber resilience with tailored security solutions and expert guidance.
Leigh Cooke
CFO
Leigh has worked in finance since 2008, across start-ups and FTSE 100 companies. A former auditor, Leigh keeps robust accounting systems and controls in place and gives the management team accurate, real-time data to guide decisions.
Julie Pearl
SOC Manager
Julie is an accomplished SOC Manager with over a decade in cyber security, specialising in maturing Security Operations Centres and enhancing threat detection while driving operational excellence and compliance.
Bernard Dulay
Senior Manager and Head of IT Operations
Bernard is a seasoned IT practitioner with over 25 years’ experience, in roles from systems administrator to ISMS lead auditor, focused on continuously improving processes for robust information security.
Brian Hall
Chairman and Non-Executive Director
Brian is a Chartered Director who chairs CyberQ Group as part of a diverse portfolio. After 30 years driving growth in insurance, he now focuses on tech, medtech and cyber, providing best-in-class governance.
