Chris Woods | CEO and Founder
Chris is the founder and CEO of CyberQ Group, an award-winning global cybersecurity business. A recognised award winning tech leader, he is deeply committed to the West Midlands technology landscape and regional growth. Chris also serves as a Business Ambassador for Acorns Children’s Hospice, leveraging his influence to champion vital community support
Brian Hall | Chairman and Non-Executive Director
Brian is a Chartered Director who chairs CyberQ Group as part of a diverse portfolio. Following 30 years of driving growth within the insurance industry, he now focuses on the tech, medtech, and cyber sectors. Brian provides best-in-class governance, leading stakeholders with a passion for raising standards across the United Kingdom.
Leigh Cook | CFO
Leigh has worked in finance since 2008, offering extensive experience with start-ups and FTSE 100 companies. As a former auditor, Leigh ensures that robust accounting systems and controls are in place. Currently, Leigh provides management teams with accurate, real-time data to influence financial performance and guide strategic business decisions.
Vish Nayi | Director and Chief Solutions Architect
Vishvas is leading a globally dispersed team across red- and blue-team operations. As a trusted advisor, he guides enterprises through their cyber maturity journey. A respected thought leader and Coventry University graduate, Vishvas frequently shares his expertise at industry events and through professional publications
Julie Pearl | SOC Manager
Julie Pearl is an accomplished SOC Manager with over a decade of experience in the cybersecurity landscape. She specialises in maturing Security Operations Centres and enhancing threat detection capabilities. Julie Pearl bridges technical expertise with business objectives to drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with global industry standards.
Bernard Dulay | Senior Manager I Head of IT Operations
Bernard is a seasoned IT practitioner with over 25 years of experience across the full spectrum of business operations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Cyber Projects, he has held roles ranging from systems administrator to ISMS lead auditor. Bernard focuses on continuously improving processes to ensure robust information security.
Stuart Ebdon | Business Development Leader
Stuart brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients, drawing on 33 years of experience within the IT industry. His career encompasses development, design, deployment, and operations, providing him with a unique perspective. This extensive background allows Stuart to offer expert guidance on securing every link throughout the supply chain for robust protection.

Housing
Because our SOC is located in the Philippines, we support organisations there that help the country alleviate poverty. We also encourage our team to take an active role in their communities and are proud that many from CyberQ Group participate in building these dwellings.
Sustainability
We believe climate change is a global issue. As a result, CyberQ Group commits a percentage of our profits to climate-positive initiatives. From planting trees to offsetting our carbon footprint, and soil improvement programs to longer-term carbon capture programs in blue carbon initiatives; our goal is to build a sustainable climate-positive business.
